Federal agencies, state agencies, tribal nations, county and municipal governments. Partnerships are intended to support, not replace, the public-sector institutions doing this work.
Agricultural cooperatives, rural electric cooperatives, credit unions, food cooperatives, healthcare cooperatives. The cooperative movement is a structural model and an operating partner.
FQHCs, critical-access hospitals, midwifery practices, rural and underserved healthcare organizations, tribal health authorities.
Credentialed restoration organizations, mutual aid networks, food banks and pantry networks, faith-based community organizations, volunteer fire and EMS associations.
Community foundations, family foundations, and institutional grantmakers aligned with the public-benefit mission and willing to operate within the funder concentration caps.
